Payment Agreement Disclosure

Escrow Officers, Realtors, and Mortgage Brokers

SigningPro, Inc. D. B. A. SigningPro Document Signing Service agrees to extend credit for all document signing fees for thirty days from the accommodation signing date. Regardless of canceled escrow or loan, I agree that I, or my company, will keep SigningPro, Inc. up to date and fully informed upon the status of the escrow or loan and will notify SigningPro, Inc. of cancellations or extension of modification of the escrow or loan, in writing via email, fax, or mail within 5 days of that event. Payment should be received within 30 days of this notice.

I agree that I, or the company that I represent, will guarantee payment for the service that SigningPro, Inc provided for my company or for me.

This agreement is governed by California law and the venue for any dispute shall be in the city of San Jose, CA.

SigningPro, Inc. reserves the right to unilaterally change the pay agreement disclosure at any time.

Certification Disclaimer

The 'Enhanced Training Certification', provided by SigningPro, Inc. D. B. A. SigningPro Document Signing Service does not guarantee that the independent contractor, contracted by us, will in fact perform their services in a professional manner. Each 'signing agent' is an independent contractor, acts on their own accord, and provides our company with the proper information to maintain that status. SigningPro, Inc. disclaims any and all responsibility for the correctness of the services performed or the conduct of the 'signing agent'performing the service.

Notary Information

Under the laws of the State of California we at SigningPro, Inc. make every effort to maintain current files on the independent contractors (a.k.a. 'signing agents' for the purposes of this disclosure and any others noted on this page) who provide services for our company. However, we can not be held responsible for the correctness of the information or the licensing status of the people listed with our company. At no time is an independent contractor given an appointment with the intention that they may defraud the public or the parties involved. 'Signing agents' are not authorized, under any circumstances, to pressure any individual into signing their documents, back date their notary, or offer legal advice.

Courier Services

On occasion the professional courier services i.e.: Federal Express, California Overnight, United Parcel Service, Golden State or any other company deemed a courier service, neglects to pick up or deliver a loan document or seller package. At no time is this the fault of our 'signing agent' or SigningPro Document Signing Service. Our associates will make every effort to assist you in tracking your package however, we have little if any control of pick up or delivery and can not be held responsible for the conduct of the delivery service chosen.
